# Downloading SRT and VTT files

An SRT or VTT file is a text file of video captions that can be read by a video player to display subtitles. If you need a separate caption file for your video, you can download it after publishing your video on the Share page by clicking on "**Download..." and selecting the SRT or VTT file**:

| SRT and VTT files are available for voiceover, AI voiceover, and talking head videos with captions.
