How can I change my subscription to AI animation minutes?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription to AI animation minutes from your billing page at https://lumen5.com/dashboard/billing/

AI animation minutes are required for generating animations using the Lumen5 animated explainer feature.

The balance is stored as minutes and seconds where each scene will spend the corresponding amount from your balance.

This is an add-on subscription to your main Lumen5 subscription and will automatically sync to your current billing date.

When adding a subscription to AI animation minutes midway through your billing cycle, you will receive the balance right away, but the charge will be prorated based on where you are in your billing cycle.

When downgrading or cancelling a subscription to AI animation minutes, your balance will not change right away. Instead, the change will take effect upon your next billing date.

You will maintain access to any animations that were previously generated, but once your balance holds insufficient balance, you will not be able to generate any new animations.
