# How can I unsubscribe from emails from Lumen5?

To manage your email notifications:

· Visit your [Account Settings](https://lumen5.com/dashboard/account/#settings) page

· Go to "Unsubscribe from all emails" to select or de-select this option

· Click Save Changes
