# Posting to Instagram Feed

## Posting to Instagram Feed

There are 2 ways to do this: from your phone or your computer. From your phone, you'll first need to [transfer your video to your phone](https://help.lumen5.com/en/article/transferring-videos-to-your-phone-1tdxvf8/).

Once your video is on your phone, you can post to Instagram by clicking on the add post button at the top:

From your computer, it's much the same! Click on the add post button at the top and you'll be prompted to select your video file from your computer:

In either case, select the video you wish to upload, and then follow the prompts to fill out your caption, tag anyone that needs tagging, and then post!
