Posting to Instagram Feed

There are 2 ways to do this: from your phone or your computer. From your phone, you'll first need to transfer your video to your phone.

Once your video is on your phone, you can post to Instagram by clicking on the add post button at the top:

From your computer, it's much the same! Click on the add post button at the top and you'll be prompted to select your video file from your computer:

In either case, select the video you wish to upload, and then follow the prompts to fill out your caption, tag anyone that needs tagging, and then post!
