# Using Content from Getty

  
Getty requires that content only be used according to their terms of service. Licensed material may ${color}[#000000](not) be used:

*   Standalone with no other content
    
*   For pornographic, defamatory or unlawful purposes
    
*   For digital or analog products (ie. calendars, greeting cards)
    

If using Getty images of an individual to discuss sensitive, unflattering, or controversial subject, you **must** indicate that the person's likeness is for illustrative purposes. We recommend adding this notice to the slide where the person's likeness is shown.

Some content from Getty may be licensed for editorial use only. We will notify you when you finish that your video contains editorial content that cannot be used for commercial purposes.
