Whitelisting Lumen5
If you're seeing errors when you try to import a URL into the script composer, you may need to whitelist the Lumen5 bot on your website. Whitelisting our user agent means that out bot can scrape content from your page and return it into the script composer, without compromising any security software or firewalls that might be in place to protect your site.
The full Lumen5 user agent information follows:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/112.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Lumen5
Note: the user agent is subject to change, but searching for "Lumen5" should return the correct version.
To ensure this is working, import any URL from the target website into the script composer and confirm that the text and image content that is imported matches the content on your website.
