Downloading a video thumbnail
While you can't set a thumbnail for your video inside Lumen5, you can download a still frame of your video to use as a thumbnail! You'll first need to Publish the video.
To download a still frame, navigate to the Share page of the video (publishing will also drop you off here).

Once you're there, preview the video until you get to the frame you'd like to download, then pause it. Any video that is published will have a button underneath it that reads Save current frame. Click on it and a PNG of the current frame of your video will download to your computer!

You can then upload this image to the video hosting or social media site of your choice as the thumbnail for your video.
