How do the new guidelines from the Reserve Bank of India impact my Lumen5 subscription?

In recent times, the Reserve Bank of India applied a new requirement for banks to get additional approval for auto-renewable transactions worth over ₹5000.

If the cost of your subscription is more than ₹5000, your bank will send you an email or text message with the details on how you can approve the subscription payment. This message will be sent to the email address or phone number connected to your bank account which may be different from what's on Lumen5. Because of this, we suggest you check with your bank to ensure that your contact info is current.

You'll have 24 hours in which to approve the automatic subscription payment. If the approval is not completed, your payment will decline. If that happens, you can check with your bank to re-send the approval message.
