How can I delete my account?
Individual accounts: Deleting your account will remove every video you've created and leave the account inaccessible. If you are on a paid subscription, the deletion process will also unsubscribe you from your paid plan. To delete your account, go to your Account Settings and look for the "Delete your account" section. How much does Lumen5 cost?

How can I reset my password?
You can use the Forgot Password option available on our login page. You'll receive an email containing a temporary password. Please be sure to keep an eye on spam filter or junk box in case it lands there! Once you get back into your account, you can reset your password in Account Settings.
How can I cancel or pause my paid subscription?
You can cancel your paid subscription from the billing page. If you just need a break from your billing, we can do that to! You can pause your account for up to 3 months from the same page. If we failed to meet your expectations, please reach out and give us some feedback.
Why is my plan no longer available?
Every now and then, we introduce new pricing plans while phasing out old plans. It's possible that you're on a plan that is no longer being offered to new customers. You can see the options for our current pricing plans by visiting our pricing page. If you're on a retired plan, don't worry! Unless you're on a promotional plan with an explicitly stated expiration date, we don't normally switch our users off of older plans. Please feel free to stay on your plan for

Account locked for too many login attempts
As a security measure, we'll lock your account for 30 minutes if there are more than 5 attempts to enter the password that are unsuccessful. If your account gets locked, come back about 30 minutes later and you'll be able to enter your email and password again! If you need to reset your password, you can do so by clicking on "Forgot password" at the sign in page.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle, at which time you will only have access to features on the free plan. Any rendered videos will not be affected. You can still view and download videos which were created under the paid plan. However, duplicating or editing those videos will result in default free features (like Lumen5 branding) being applied to the new draft.

What currency is your pricing shown in?
Rates shown on our pricing page are listed in USD. Click on any of the upgrade or downgrade buttons and the system will ask for your credit card information. Currently we only accept credit card as a payment method.
