Projects vs. Workspaces
Projects are another layer within workspaces. You still have access to all of your workspaces, but now you can create separate projects within each.
Workspaces can be used to keep uploads, saved templates, and videos separate. Any of these elements that exist in one workspace will not be available in another workspace.
Projects exist within a workspace, and can be used to keep your videos organized. This is helpful if you’re making videos for a brand within one workspace, but you have multiple campaigns, promotions, or events you need to make videos for. For example, if you were making videos for a pet store brand, you would keep all of the videos in the same workspace to make sure you have access to the pet store saved template that you created. Within that workspace, you would create separate projects for cat videos and dog videos, so you can easily find what you’re looking for.
