To use a script, word document, or other unpublished text, you can copy and paste the text directly into the blank space below the Import bar. That space is fully editable, so you can delete sections that aren't relevant, restructure your text, or add any missing context. One common cause for not pulling in article media is if the images in the URL are not meeting the minimum size requirements. Images on the web are often smaller and compressed, but videos require higher resolutions to avoid appearing pixelated or blurry. Lumen5 has a minimum size requirement of 360x360 for all images, so if the files from the article are below this threshold, they will not be pulled in. As a fallback, you can download the image from the original page, and then upload it to LuFew readers
