What is a Custom Template?
Lumen5’s Custom Template Design service provides you with branding customization so thatFew readersUser Roles and Permissions
Note: Multiple users are only enabled for our Business and Enterprise plans.
For large teams, using roles and permissions effectively ensures that every user is only seeing what's relevant to them, and keeps the account clutter-free and secure. Every user has a role with broadly applicable permissions, and those permissions can be further customized from workspace to workspace and pFew readersInviting team members
Team members are available for users on an Enterprise plan.
You can invite team members to collaborate and create videos together. You can invite team members from your Lumen5 Dashboard by clicking on your profile icon in the top-right corner, and then selecting Team Members from the dropdown menu.

If you want to reach global audiences with the same message, that requires localization and translation. It can be a tedious process to recreate or copy a video and rewrite the original video’s entire message in the target language. Good news: Lumen5 will do that for you!

In the creator:
In the top right corner near the Publish button, you'll see a kebab menu (3 vertical dots) that displays the video's status and who is assigned to review the video. This menu will default to No status and No assignee if the video has not yet been a part of an approval workflow.
Clicking on either of the two options opens up the approval modal:

Your account could be locked if you have more team members on your team account than is allowed on your plan. This could happen when downgrading to a plan that does not support team members.
When an account is locked, access is limited to the Account Settings, Billing, Team Members and Workspaces pages for Admins.
For Editors, access is limited to the Account Settings page.
If your account is locked due to downgrading to a plan that does not support team members, please remove the teFew readersHow do I remove someone from my team?
Removing a team member will remove that user from the team account. This user will then be downgraded to a free account and they will cease to have access to all of the videos, uploads and saved templates created within the team workspace.
To remove a user:
In Account Settings, navigate to the Team members section where you will see a list of all your team members. Please note that only users in the Admin role are able to see the Team members section and have the rights to remove a teaFew readersProjects for Teams

What are advanced editor permissions?
By default, editors have limited access to branding, projects, and saved templates. As an admin, you can grant an editor additional permissions to some features so they can own more of their workflow. These include:
Access to create and manage projects in a workspace
Ability to create, edit, and delete saved templates and brand kits
Access to branding elements like watermarks, colors, and fonts
